I got my little baby Winnie who is a dachshund from here and I had been puppy shopping for a mini dachshund around northern Va for a few weeks. XO puppy in chantilly and super star puppies in Fairfax. I’m so glad I went there first before I went to the puppy shop in Manassas. The customer service at the first 2 places was so bad. I had made appointments just to find out the puppies I was interested in had been sold at superstar puppies and their prices were out of this work to around 3-4k. Staff was rude. XO puppy same thing. Guy was rude and looked like he hated his job and the puppies prices were outrageous. When I asked for financing the most smug face was given to me. It was like I had to force the information out of this guy who gave me the most annoyed attitude. When it comes to maintenance of these little puppies it was about the same. I felt the puppy shop took the most loving care of their animals. The couple who sold me Winnie was so nice and it was a joy to conversate with them I was there for 2 almost 3 hours and absolutely enjoyed my time with them. Their prices were very reasonable and the pups were well maintained. They definitely know how to make everyone comfortable. I definitely will be buying my next pup from this couple. I don’t understand the negative comments. If your shopping for a puppy you got to understand that no place is better than the other. Just know the pups here are very much cared for.

We just adopted our sweet Rottweiler pup! She is in amazing health and the staff are super nice and helpful. The one man is really funny and humorous. Thank you so much to the puppy shop staff! Dogs are super clean and healthy bursting with energy🐶 Don’t go anywhere else to get a puppy:) this is the spot

We had a wonderful experience at this dog shop! The puppies are healthy and USDA certified, which gave us great peace of mind. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and truly helpful in answering all our questions. The facility is clean, and the grooming studio is well-maintained and professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a happy and healthy puppy!

The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm! The staff is friendly and addressed all my questions. Puppies were too cute and fun to play with! They all appeared healthy but one stood out and I can’t wait to give him a home.

I recently visited this puppy shop and overall had a good experience. The store was clean and well-organized, which is one of the first things I look for when checking out a pet shop. The puppies looked active and fairly well cared for, and their living areas were kept tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering my questions about the puppies, their diet, and basic care. It’s always a good sign when employees are knowledgeable and willing to explain things clearly, especially for first-time pet owners

The Puppy Shop truly stands out for the pride they take in their service. All the puppies are healthy and USDA certified, which gave me a lot of confidence right away. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, humble, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer every question without any pressure. You can tell they really care about both the animals and their customers. The grooming studio is also very well maintained and professional. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Lovely service! Ravi was great and the customer service overall was excellent. Yes, it smells like puppies lol—but that’s to be expected in a shop with puppies and a grooming area. When I walked in, a blonde staff member was bathing the puppies, which was really nice to see because it showed they were receiving proper care and attention. We had visited five other stores that day and were honestly really disappointed. Some places smelled bad, had sad or mistreated puppies, poor customer service, and felt very secretive. This shop was the complete opposite. They were transparent, kind, and made sure we were a good fit for the puppy. They also provided us with dewormer and puppy food and reassured us that the Rottweiler’s sister wouldn’t be alone since we adopted her brother. All of the dogs seemed very happy and had water, toys, bedding, and companionship. Overall, a really positive experience.
